TERMS
Terms of Service
These terms explain how UFate may be used, what the service covers, and how payments, delivery, refunds, rights, and responsibility are handled.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service form the agreement between you and UFate for your access to and use of the website, related pages, online tools, paid content, checkout flow, delivery flow, and support channels we provide.
By visiting, browsing, starting a request, submitting information, paying for a service, viewing content, or contacting support, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we show a page-level rule, checkout notice, or feature notice for a specific service, that notice also applies to the relevant feature or order unless it conflicts with these terms.
2. Service nature and scope
UFate provides digital content and online analysis for personal reference, reflection, cultural interest, and entertainment.
The content you receive is interpretive and depends on the information you provide, the workflow you choose, and the service rules in effect at the time. It is not a promise, guarantee, instruction, or fixed outcome.
We may improve, rearrange, rename, or update features over time. The page you use controls the current name, price, delivery method, and availability of that feature.
The service should not be treated as medical, legal, financial, psychological, emergency, or other professional advice.
3. Eligibility and minors
You should use UFate only if you can understand the non-professional nature of the service and take responsibility for your own decisions and actions.
Minors should use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising a minor's use of UFate, including submitted information, purchased content, and decisions made after reading the content.
4. Information, records, and local data
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and legality of the information you submit. This may include questions, background context, profile details, order notes, support messages, screenshots, and other information needed to provide the service.
Some core features currently do not require you to create an account. Local history, saved settings, profile-like local records, and delivery recovery states may depend on the same browser, device, browser storage, or valid recovery links.
If you clear browser storage, use private browsing, change browsers, change devices, block storage, or lose a recovery link, some local records or recovery states may no longer be available.
If you have not used the service for more than one year, we may delete or anonymize server-side records that can be associated with you to the extent permitted by law, except records we must or reasonably need to keep for payment, tax, dispute resolution, security, or compliance purposes. Browser-local data is controlled by your browser or device and may also be cleared by you.
Incorrect, incomplete, unclear, outdated, or unauthorized information may affect content generation, delivery, support review, or order recovery. We are not responsible for issues caused by information you submit incorrectly or without proper rights.
5. Applicable laws and user conduct
When using UFate, you must comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and any other country or region involved in your use of the service. These may include, where applicable, laws and rules on cybersecurity, anti-telecom and online fraud, internet information services, online account information, online content governance, internet security, online news information, environmental protection, surveying and mapping, and online religious information services.
You agree not to use the service for any illegal or improper purpose or activity.
- Use the service lawfully, honestly, and for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we give written permission otherwise.
- Do not submit, upload, request, display, distribute, or promote illegal, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, sexually exploitative, or public-safety-risk content.
- Do not use the service to impersonate others, invade privacy, collect personal information without permission, pressure another person, manipulate another person, or make decisions on behalf of someone without appropriate authority.
- Do not bypass payment controls, access controls, delivery controls, recovery controls, or other service controls.
- Do not scrape, crawl, copy, mirror, frame, reverse engineer, overload, or otherwise interfere with the operation or availability of UFate.
- Do not use the service in a way that violates public order, public morality, platform rules, or applicable laws and regulations.
6. Paid services and payment
Some UFate content or services require payment. Before you pay, the relevant page or checkout flow will show the service name, price, currency, payment channel, and other important purchase information.
Unless a page clearly states otherwise, paid services are one-time digital content or one-time service access. UFate does not offer automatic renewal subscriptions through this website unless a future page expressly introduces such a service.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers designated by us. A payment is confirmed only when the provider status and our order record support that conclusion.
If a price, currency, order amount, product mapping, or checkout detail contains an obvious and material error, we may correct, reject, or cancel the affected order to the extent permitted by law.
7. Delivery, order records, and after-sales
Paid content is delivered electronically. In most cases, delivery begins after payment is confirmed and the relevant order is marked as paid or otherwise eligible in our system.
Some content is generated on request and may take time to complete. You may need to keep the page open, maintain a network connection, or return through the provided recovery path to complete delivery.
If delivery is interrupted, we may use order records and recovery information to resume delivery where reasonably possible.
If you experience duplicate payment, paid but undelivered content, generation failure, checkout return failure, missing recovery state, system error, or another abnormal order state, please contact us as soon as reasonably practicable and provide the order number, payment time, amount, currency, payment channel, service used, and relevant screenshots or error messages when available.
If paid content has not been delivered because of a service issue, we will review the order and delivery records first, then decide whether redelivery, correction, refund handling, or another reasonable remedy applies.
8. Refund policy
UFate paid content is virtual digital content and an online service. Once payment is confirmed and the service has begun, or once content has been generated, delivered, or made available, the sale is final and non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
A result you do not like, a conclusion you disagree with, a change of mind, a change in personal circumstances, or a misunderstanding caused by inaccurate or incomplete user input does not qualify as a refund reason.
If there is a duplicate payment, confirmed payment without corresponding delivery, incorrect charge, or failure to complete delivery because of a UFate service issue after reasonable retry, please contact us for review. After verification, we may arrange redelivery, correction, or refund handling where required by law or appropriate under the actual order status.
9. Third-party services
UFate may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, security, email delivery, content processing, logging, or other operational needs.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, technical limits, outages, or regional restrictions. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, downtime, pricing changes, or acts outside our reasonable control.
The service may also contain links or redirects to third-party websites or payment pages. You should review the third party's terms and privacy policy before using those services.
10. Intellectual property
UFate and its pages, public text, service structure, interface design, code, images, logos, trademarks, trade dress, databases, and other platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property and unfair-competition laws unless otherwise stated.
For a paid report that is generated for you and delivered to you after confirmed payment, the intellectual property rights in the final report content belong to you. This does not include UFate's pre-existing materials, platform functions, service structure, visual identity, trademarks, software, underlying methods, or third-party materials.
You may lawfully use, save, copy, and share your paid report. You may not scrape, mirror, copy, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit UFate platform materials, public site content, service flows, or unpublished materials without our written permission.
11. Service changes, suspension, and termination
We may add, remove, improve, suspend, restrict, rename, reprice, or discontinue any part of the service for product, maintenance, safety, compliance, payment, cost, or operational reasons.
We may also adjust service rules, report structures, language styles, risk controls, and delivery processes. These changes may affect how content is generated or displayed in the future.
We work to keep UFate available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or loss-free service. Service may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, bugs, network failure, device issues, browser restrictions, local record loss, third-party service failure, payment-provider delay, attacks, government action, labor issues, natural events, or other force majeure events.
If we reasonably believe that your use violates these terms, creates security risk, harms other users, disrupts the service, abuses payments or promotions, infringes rights, or may expose UFate to legal or operational risk, we may restrict, suspend, refuse, or terminate access to relevant services or content.
12. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, UFate is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not make warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or any specific result.
We do not guarantee that content will be complete, accurate, current, suitable for your situation, or consistent with your expectations. You remain responsible for how you understand and use the content.
To the extent permitted by law, UFate and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to your use of the service.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a paid order will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the affected order, unless a mandatory rule requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Contact, complaints, disputes, and updates
For terms, payment, delivery, content, privacy, rights, or support issues, contact us at [email protected] and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant record and understand the issue.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first so both parties can try to resolve the issue through good-faith communication.
Our handling of personal information and related records is described in the Privacy Policy. If any part of these terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
The Chinese and English versions are intended to express the same service rules. If the two versions differ in wording, they should be interpreted consistently with the same purpose and with any mandatory law that applies.
