Please contact us from an email address where you can receive replies. If the issue concerns an order, keep the original checkout or payment confirmation available.

Before you write

  • Do not send identity numbers, bank card numbers, passwords, private information about other people, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
  • Include screenshots only when they help explain the problem. You may cover irrelevant private details before sending.
  • If the request involves an order or local history, include enough information for us to locate the record.

Payment and order issues

For duplicate payments, paid orders without delivery, checkout return issues, delayed payment confirmation, failed report generation, or abnormal order states, include the order number, payment time, payment amount, feature used, and screenshots when possible.

Please contact us within 7 days after payment for delivery or order issues so that the payment and report state can be verified more reliably.

Report delivery problems

If a report does not start generating after payment, stops during streaming, opens under the wrong tool, or cannot be recovered from history, tell us which feature you used and what happened on the page.

Helpful details include the tool name, question or local profile name, approximate time, browser, device type, and any visible error message.

Product feedback

We welcome feedback about report structure, wording, language quality, payment recovery, local profiles, history, accessibility, and mobile experience.

The most useful feedback explains the situation, the friction you met, and what would have made the experience clearer.

报告交付问题

如果付款后报告没有开始生成、生成中断、打开到错误工具,或无法从历史记录恢复,请告诉我们你使用的功能,以及页面上实际发生了什么。

有帮助的信息包括工具名称、问题或本地档案名、具体时间、浏览器、设备类型,以及页面上显示的错误信息。
