1. What this policy covers

This policy applies when you visit UFate, use I Ching Oracle, Cosmic Counsel, Full Life Reading, create a local life profile, purchase a report, redeem an experience code, view reading history, or contact us for support.

UFate is currently a no-account web service. We do not ask you to register, create a password, bind a phone number, upload an identity document, or complete face verification.

2. Information you provide

When you use a reading, you may provide a question, background details, birth time, gender, and selected birth place.

When you contact us, you may provide your email address, message, screenshots, order number, payment time, and other details that help us understand and solve the issue.

When you use an experience code, you provide the code so we can check whether it is valid for the selected service.

3. Information created while you use UFate

To provide the service, UFate may create and keep reading results, chart information, report text, order records, payment status, report delivery status, history records, and records needed to handle service problems.

4. Why we collect information

• To calculate readings and generate reports based on the information you submit.
• To confirm payments, deliver paid reports, and help complete report delivery after payment.
• To check and redeem experience codes.
• To answer support requests, investigate failed delivery, duplicate payments, or other service problems.
• To protect UFate from abuse, payment fraud, and service misuse.

5. Report generation

Some paid reports may be written with the help of AI. To complete a report, we provide only the information needed for that report, such as your question and the I Ching or chart information.

Please do not type unnecessary sensitive information into your question. Unless you put it in your own text, we do not intentionally provide payment details, support email addresses, experience codes, or order details to the report generation service.

6. Payments

UFate paid services are one-time digital report orders. Payments are handled through a secure payment service provider.

UFate does not ask you to enter card numbers or bank account details inside the reading page. The payment provider may collect payment and billing information according to its own privacy policy. UFate receives the payment result and order information needed to deliver your report and handle support.

7. Service providers

UFate works with service providers only where needed to run the current service, such as payment, report generation, birth place search, page display, website operation, email, security, and support.

These providers may process the information needed for their part of the service. We do not sell your personal information.

8. How long we keep information

Information saved for your local use remains available until you delete it or clear related data on your device. If you change device or clear saved data, some profiles, history, or order-related information may no longer be available.

Order, report, payment, support, and safety records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide history, deliver reports, handle support, keep payment records, resolve disputes, protect the service, and meet legal or accounting needs.

9. How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including limiting what we collect, checking payment records before delivery, limiting access to order-related content, and reviewing service problems so they can be fixed.

No online service can promise absolute security. Please avoid submitting passwords, identity numbers, card numbers, exact home addresses, or private information about other people unless it is truly necessary for support.

10. Information about other people

If you enter another person's birth details, relationship context, screenshots, or other information, please make sure you have a proper and respectful reason to do so.

UFate is for personal reflection, cultural interest, and entertainment. It should not be used to pressure, monitor, manipulate, or make decisions for another person without proper authority.

11. Minors

UFate is not designed for children. Minors should use it only with permission and guidance from a parent or guardian.

Parents or guardians may contact us if they believe a minor has provided information that should be reviewed or removed.

12. Updates and contact

We may update this policy when our services, paid offerings, report features, service providers, or legal requirements change.
